Упаковано хорошо,пришло все целое, кнопочка работает, был неприятный запах от пластика (воняло краской) после заливания кипятком и контрольного заваривания заварки запах пропал. Заказывала 750 и 1000мл Если что-нибудь произойдет, дополню отзыв

Упаковано отлично! В пенопластовый ларь! Но есть конструктивный момент: вставка для заварки чая не плотно вставляется в кувшин из-за того, что ручка не целиком охватывает его грорловину. Из-за этого он вставлен под углом. Надеюсь смогу смириться с таким несовершенством :)

Товар пришел за 2 недели. Был упакован в коробку из пенопласта, но это не спасло ни коробку (была помята, будто скакали на ней ), ни чайничек (вдребезги разбит). Стенки чайника очень тонкие, дно более утолщенное. Продавец общительный, деньги вернул быстро.
