заказала 09.11.19г. получила 04.12.19г. в Республику Татарстан. Заказ отправили очень бысто, на всем пути отслеживался полностью. С продавцом не общалась, не было необходимости. Уракована сумка в два полиэтиленовых пакета, при транспортировке не повредилась. Цвет как на фото, даже приятнее, мягкая очень.Сшита хорошо, внешний и внутренний замки работают, имеется небольшой синтетический запах, но не критично. В целом заказом довольна, продавца рекомендую.
На вид не кожа конечно, но качество не плохое. Немного помялась при пересылке (была сложена пополам). Есть не приятный запах, выветривается. Доставка супербыстрая - в Украину 2 недели.
