How do you ship packages?
Our packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Our packages from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
We offer free shipping to over 30+ countries around the world, but there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, please contact us for more information.
What about customs?
We do not charge any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
If you have not received tracking information for your order within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it can take two to five business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
If you have not received information on your order after five business days, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Sometimes, items in your same purchase will be sent in separate packages even if you've specified combined shipping. This is due to logistical reasons.

RETURNS and REFUND POLICY
Order cancellation procedure
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds method
If you are dissatisfied with an ordered product, please contact us to request a refund or a replacement. Your satisfaction is always our top priority. You can request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and it must be unused.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 2-5 day processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you are not happy with a product you've received, you can request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and it must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
Your order did not arrive because of a problem on our end. We apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything we can to make it right.
Due to an unexceptional circumstances, outside the control of "Kdbazar", your order did not arrive i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, pandemic, flight and shipping disturbance, war etc.

If you have been approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
