How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped from nearest warehouse depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 30+ countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Kdbazar Women Handbags Coats & Jackets Clothing Store Business Casual (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The jacket is very thin and light. I think that if the temperature is colder plus 5, then it will already be cold. On the height of 170 and weight of 75 kg jacket size l came up perfectly.

неплохая куртка, особенно за эти деньги. из недостатков: молния так себе, рукава чуть коротковаты. хожу в -2 ... +10, вполне комфортно.
Тоньше, чем ожидалось, но я не расстроена. Качество отличное, цвет совпадает. Ткань похожа на тонкий рипстоп.
Jacket is as described and packs down to be quite small. XL Size for the jacket just about fit me. I'm 177cm and about 87kgs. If I were to get another one, I'd go XXL for a more loose/comfort fit.
Nice jacket which matches the description. Ordered XL an d I am 75kg 1.73m and it fits well outside a sweater. If used over a t-shirt it is a more loose fit. packs down nicely into the stuffsack and can be compressed quite a lot.

Product does in fact run small. I normally wear a M in the USA and this in a L is a snug but comfortable fit. Product is extremely light and feels well-made with the down attaining good loft quickly. A bit of a plastic smell but not unreasonable and should air out soon.

Pedido chegou em 30 dias. Pedi dois tamanho maiores do que uso no Brasil, serviu como previsto. Não cheguei a testar em baixas temperaturas (utilizo em trilhas). Usei em temperatura de 10º C e esquentou bem. Solta um pouco de penas, o acabamento da jaqueta parece um pouco frágil, mas por enquanto estou feliz com a compra.
I can only comment on sizing and feel so far. It thinner than it looks in the pictures but should still be good for fall. Not anything colder than 40°ish tho. I’m 5’7”, 170lb, gym goer build. The XL is a perfect fit in the shoulders but the waist and arms are surprisingly baggy. There are a couple of extra inches of fabric in the arms. Waist could use a few less inches, too. If it wasn’t a hiking jacket for me I would take it to a tailor.
