На рост 183 вес 105 взял XXXL. рукава в притык (на этом типе курток всегда так, опасения были как раз по длине рукавов, но не подтвердились), под куртку можно надеть толстовку. руки поднимаются не очень комфортно, имейте ввиду покрой, возможно это у всех продавцов. со сплавом и гарсингом не сравнивал. рекомендую . доставка быстрая
